24-hour roadside assistance

Get roadside repairs from our technicians* and towing services to the nearest panel workshop (chosen by Etiqa Auto Assist) ** in the event of a breakdown or an accident.

*Subject to a maximum of two (2) hours labour. Does not include cost of any spare parts.

**Should you choose a workshop that’s 200km more from your current location, an additional charge of RM1.50/km will be incurred by you.

Emergency medical assistance

We will arrange an ambulance (or other means of transportation) services to the nearest medical centre or hospital* for you/your passengers.

*Etiqa Auto Assist is not responsible for any transportation cost.

Out of country assistance

Singapore, Thailand & Brunei

Get 24-hour towing service and vehicle repatriation to Malaysia if you’re in either country*.

*Motor Takaful will not bear the Vehicle Repatriation cost.

Friends and family assistance

When travelling with family or friends, help them out with your Roadside Assistance benefit if you encounter a vehicle breakdown.
